Gustav Just, of Wexford, Pennsylvania, is an investment and financial services professional with over a decade of experience in the financial sector. He serves as a Regional Vice President for TransAmerica Mutual Funds, where he oversees a team of financial advisors in the Western Pennsylvania region.

Prior to joining TransAmerica, Gustav Just spent several years working for Janus Henderson Investors as an Associate Director. Gustav consistently exceeded expectations in that role, surpassing all sales goals and driving over $58 million in new mutual fund business in a single month. During his tenure, he won multiple sales success competitions, and his wholesale territory was ranked in the top 5 across the company. He was also in the top quartile in sales on the desk and number one in dials and calling activity in the entire organization.
Before joining the team at Janus Henderson, Gustav Just worked for PNC Bank. During his time with the company, he served in multiple roles, including a Financial Sales Consultant and a Merchant Service Account Executive. Among his accomplishments, Gustav earned a spot as a Top 3 Sales Associate in PNC’s Ohio Valley Region. He also was the “ Highest Loan Revenue Producer” in PNC’s Ohio Valley Region, with over $3 million booked.

Gustav Just is dedicated to his career and greatly enjoys working in sales within the investment industry. He appreciates that his role allows him to personally interact with clients and advisors. His favorite part of his job is building relationships, which Gustav believes is essential for success. He particularly enjoys discussing how the company helps clients and improves their lives — whether for retirement planning, saving for college, or wealth-building.

Gustav Just attended the University of South Florida, where he pursued liberal arts studies. He later attended the Clarion University of Pennsylvania, earning a degree in finance. He also earned a certification as an Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA) from the College for Financial Planning. Gustav also holds a Series 7 License and a Series 63 License.

Outside of work, Gustav Just is a family man and a sports enthusiast. He coaches his son’s ice hockey team and loves to play golf with both of his children. Coaching has been a central part of his family’s tradition, and he is thankful that he can continue that legacy for his sons.
Gustav Just has been interested in sports since a very young age. He appreciates the commitment and hard work that are necessary to be successful in sports and in life. He also enjoys the teamwork involved and how the team dynamics vary from sport to sport, which is why he enjoys participating in and watching a variety of different sports.

Gustav Just’s favorite sports to play are ice hockey and golf, but he will participate in almost anything. He loves to ski, hike, and work out at the gym. He also enjoys traveling and challenges himself to play on at least three new golf courses every year.
